My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where individuals feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I approach each session with curiosity, openness, and respect for each client’s unique experiences, drawing from a Humanistic Therapeutic approach that supports self exploration and personal growth.
My clinical work integrates Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Gestalt Existential Therapy to help clients better understand their emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, increase self awareness and build skills for emotional regulation and psychological flexibility.
