With a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology and a registration as a psychotherapist, I am dedicated to providing client-centered support to individuals experiencing mental and emotional challenges. I am skilled in helping clients explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. I am trained in using various therapeutic approaches and techniques to assist clients in gaining insight, developing coping strategies, and making positive changes in their lives. Through the therapeutic process, I am committed to promoting mental well-being and helping individuals achieve healing, personal growth and improved mental health.

About my practice

My counselling style is strength-focused and client-centred. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and incorporate Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Principles (MBCT). My services are suitable for individuals, couples & families that are feeling overwhelmed by their thoughts, emotions, and life & relationship experiences.

Most importantly, I am a firm believer that people are the experts in their own lives and through the therapeutic process help, people work through life’s challenges in hopes of living a more fulfilling life.
