MA Counselling Psychology
As a compassionate and client-centred therapist, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals navigating major life changes, self-esteem challenges, or the complexities of intersectional identities. I specialize in sex therapy and couples dynamics. By using approaches such as somatic therapy, I strive to help clients deepen their connection to themselves and others, addressing concerns around intimacy, relationships, and overall well-being.
My approach integrates holistic and inclusive care, tailoring therapy to your unique needs. By combining evidence-based practices with somatic techniques, I support clients in managing stress, anxiety, and low confidence, fostering a deeper sense of balance and fulfillment. Together, we will build resilience, strengthen emotional connections, and create meaningful change in your life.
