What is Stress?
Stress is a natural human response, but when it becomes persistent and overwhelming, it can impact your daily life, mood, ability to focus, and overall well being. You might feel mentally tired, irritable, or tense, making it hard to relax and focus on your well being.
Life transitions can often contribute to overwhelming stress such as career changes, moving, motherhood, or new responsibilities. While these experiences may often be exciting, navigating them alone may feel challenging. In therapy, you can develop healthy coping strategies to manage stress or process expected or unexpected transitions. You don’t have to navigate this on your own.
