Do we need to prepare before taking the assessment?
No preparation is necessary. Psychometric assessments are not tests. There are no right or wrong answers, and they are not timed. The most accurate results come from answering spontaneously based on your natural preferences rather than how you feel you “should” answer.
Can we take the assessment without a feedback session?
To ensure you receive safe, clinically sound, and actionable insights, we do not distribute assessment reports without a dedicated feedback session. Psychometric profiles are rich in data, and reviewing them alongside a trained practitioner ensures results are interpreted accurately within the context of your life and goals.
