Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Offering Individual & Couples Therapy
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I believe feeling heard, understood, and accepted is an important part of therapy. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at a pace that feels right for them. I see therapy as an opportunity to better understand ourselves and our experiences while working toward meaningful change.
My approach is grounded in person centred therapy and informed by narrative and psychodynamic perspectives. I believe every person’s experiences are unique, and I value taking the time to understand how they make sense of themselves, their relationships, and the world around them. My approach is tailored to each individual and guided by their needs and goals.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, life transitions, self esteem concerns, relationship challenges, disability and chronic pain, and neurodivergence. Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or looking to better understand yourself and your experiences, I aim to support you with curiosity, compassion, and respect as we work toward your goals together.
