Mary has a particular interest in working with individuals who find themselves overthinking, feeling stuck, or struggling to fully enjoy positive moments without anxiety or self doubt. She also supports clients navigating complex family dynamics and relationship challenges.
Her approach integrates evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy, tailored to each client’s needs and pace.
Mary has experience working at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton’s Anxiety Treatment and Research Clinic, the Women’s Health Concerns Clinic, and with the Distress Centres of Greater Toronto, and the Centre for Victims of Torture, where she provided crisis support.
She strives to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and non judgmental, where clients can slow down and begin to make sense of their experiences.
